This Privacy Policy has the aim to describe the procedure of management of this website , concerning the treatment of personal data of the users/consumers that consult it. This is an information note pursuant the articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/16 with regard to the personal data protection , for those who access Lauretana SpA web site at the e-mail address www.lauretana.com.
The information note is only for the above-mentioned web site and not also for other web sites possibly accessed by the user/visitor through specific links present in the sites. The site www.lauretana.com is owned by Lauretana SpA and is managed by Lauretana SpA which grants the respect of the rules of the EU Regulation 679/16 and Decree Law No. 101/18.

• the right to obtain the cancellation of the personal data about him without unjustified delay if one of the reasons concerning the Article 17 , subsection 1 of the Regulation still subsists;
• the right to obtain the limitation of the treatment when occurs one of the hypothesis concerning the Article 18 , subsection 1 of the Regulation ;
• the right to file a complaint to the supervisory Authorities , as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable regulation.
